⚠ Important Notes from the Official Notification

  • Photograph must be a recent, colour, passport-style picture taken against a light-coloured (preferably white) background — no caps, hats or dark glasses; religious headwear is allowed but must not cover the face.
  • Signature must be signed on white paper with a black ink pen, and must NOT be in capital letters. If your signature at the exam venue does not match the uploaded signature, you will be disqualified.
  • Left thumb impression should be taken on white paper with black or blue ink. If the left thumb is unavailable, the right thumb (or another finger, clearly labelled) may be used as per the notification's instructions.
  • The handwritten declaration must be written by the candidate in English, in the candidate's own handwriting, and must NOT be in capital letters. It must not be typed or written by anyone else, except where explicitly permitted for candidates who cannot write.
  • All four documents must be scanned at a minimum of 200 DPI, in true colour, cropped to the edges, and saved in JPG / JPEG format as per the notification's scanning guidelines.
  • The application will not proceed unless the photograph and signature meet the specified size requirements — ensure both are uploaded in the correct fields.
