General
Is RajDailyTools completely free to use?+
Yes, absolutely. Every single tool on RajDailyTools is 100% free — no subscriptions, no premium tiers, no hidden fees anywhere. We believe powerful tools should be accessible to everyone, especially students and people who cannot afford expensive software. That commitment will never change.
Do I need to create an account or login?+
No. There is no login, no registration, and no sign-up required to use any tool on this platform. Just open the tool and start using it instantly. We respect your time and privacy — forced account creation will never be part of our experience.
Is my data safe when I use these tools?+
Yes. The vast majority of our tools run entirely inside your browser — the numbers and data you enter never leave your device or get sent to any server. We do not collect, store, or sell personal data. Your privacy is treated as a priority, not an afterthought.
Why was RajDailyTools created?+
RajDailyTools was built because students and professionals across India had no single, trustworthy, fast, and free platform to solve everyday calculations and tasks. Most tools online were slow, ad-heavy, paywalled, or built for Western audiences. Our founder — a BSc Physics graduate from India — decided to fix that by building the platform he always wished existed.
Who is behind RajDailyTools?+
RajDailyTools is built by Raj Bhai — a BSc Physics graduate and COPA ITI certified professional from India. Every tool is crafted with a physicist's attention to accuracy and a builder's commitment to simplicity. The vision is bold: 30,000+ free tools for students, professionals, families, and everyday users across India and the world.
Tools & Features
How many tools does RajDailyTools currently have?+
We are actively building and launching new tools every single week. The long-term goal is to reach 30,000+ tools across all major categories — education, finance, health, calculators, converters, text tools, productivity, utilities, documents, and many more. Visit our Latest Tools section to see what has just launched.
What types of tools are available on this platform?+
RajDailyTools covers a wide range of categories: Education Tools (GPA, CGPA, study planners), Finance Tools (EMI, SIP, tax, salary), Health Tools (BMI, TDEE, calorie trackers), Calculator Tools (scientific, percentage, discount), Converter Tools (units, currency, temperature), Text & Writing Tools (word counter, plagiarism checker), Productivity Tools, Utility Tools, Document Tools, Exam Eligibility Tools, and more categories being added regularly.
Are these tools suitable for complete beginners?+
Absolutely. Every tool is designed to be beginner-friendly from the ground up. Clean layouts, clear labels, helpful descriptions, and easy-to-read results mean you do not need any technical knowledge whatsoever. If you can type a number or fill a simple form, you can use any tool on this platform without confusion.
Are these tools suitable for daily use?+
Yes, and that is exactly what they are built for. From checking your EMI before calling the bank, to tracking daily calories, converting currencies before sending money abroad, counting words in an article — these tools are designed to be part of your everyday routine. No friction, no delay, no login. Just open and use.
How often are the tools updated?+
Tools that rely on changing data — such as income tax calculators, currency converters, or exam eligibility checkers — are reviewed and updated whenever official data or rules change. We track government notifications, RBI updates, and exam board announcements to make sure our tools always reflect the most accurate and current information.
Can I suggest a new tool that should be built?+
We genuinely love hearing tool suggestions from users. Many tools on this platform exist because real users told us they needed them. You can email us at contact@rajdailytools.com with your idea. If it solves a real daily problem for a meaningful number of people, there is a very good chance we will build it and credit you for the suggestion.
Accuracy & Reliability
Are the calculations accurate and reliable?+
Yes. Accuracy is treated as non-negotiable on this platform. Every tool is built using verified formulas from official government documents, financial standards, medical guidelines, and scientific textbooks. Our founder's background in BSc Physics means every calculation is tested and validated before it goes live. For critical financial or medical decisions, we recommend cross-verifying with a certified professional as a good practice.
Are finance calculators based on official data?+
Yes. Our finance tools — including EMI calculators, SIP planners, tax calculators, and salary breakdowns — are built using formulas and data sourced from RBI guidelines, official income tax slabs, and recognized financial standards. Tools are updated whenever tax rates or financial rules change so the results you get reflect real-world accuracy.
Can students rely on these tools for their studies?+
Yes. Our education tools — including GPA converters, CGPA calculators, physics and math utilities, and exam eligibility checkers — are built to match the standards of Indian boards, universities, and examination bodies. Students use these tools daily for academic calculations, study planning, and exam preparation without any issues.
Exam Coverage — India
Will all major Indian competitive exams be covered?+
Yes — and we are committed to covering every major Indian competitive exam comprehensively. This includes JEE Main & Advanced, NEET UG & PG, UPSC Civil Services (IAS, IPS, IFS), SSC CGL, CHSL, MTS, all IBPS and SBI bank exams, CAT, MAT, SNAP for MBA, GATE for technical postgraduates, CLAT for law, NDA and CDS for defence, and every State PSC exam across India. Our goal is to have at least one dedicated tool — whether an eligibility checker, subject calculator, or preparation planner — for every exam that Indian students take.
Which Indian board and university exams are supported?+
We are building tools for CBSE, ICSE, and all major State Boards across India. University-level tools cover grading systems for DU, Mumbai University, Anna University, Pune University, VTU, and many other central and state universities. CGPA to percentage converters, grade point calculators, and semester GPA tools are available and being expanded regularly to cover more institutions.
Are there tools specifically for engineering and medical entrance exams?+
Yes. We are building a dedicated set of tools for JEE and NEET aspirants — including eligibility checkers based on age and academic qualifications, rank vs college predictors, percentile calculators, cutoff trackers, and subject-wise performance tools. These are designed to help students at every stage of their entrance exam preparation, from checking eligibility to planning their college choices.
Will UPSC and government job exam tools be available?+
Absolutely. UPSC, SSC, IBPS, SBI, Railway (RRB), and all central and state government job exams are part of our roadmap. We are building eligibility checkers, age calculators, attempt counters, and preparation planning tools specifically for government job aspirants — one of the largest groups of exam-takers in India. These tools will help candidates instantly know whether they qualify before applying.
Exam Coverage — International
Are international and foreign exams included in your coverage?+
Yes. We understand that a large number of Indian students aspire to study abroad or pursue global certifications. We are building tools for GRE (USA graduate studies), GMAT (business school), SAT and ACT (US university entry), IELTS and TOEFL (English proficiency), PTE Academic, A-Levels and O-Levels (UK board), IB (International Baccalaureate), USMLE (US medical licensing), CFA and CPA (finance certifications), and more international exams and certifications are being added to the roadmap regularly.
Will there be tools for studying or working abroad?+
Yes. Beyond exam tools, we are also building tools to help people who plan to study or work internationally — including GPA conversion tools for different grading systems (US 4.0 scale, UK percentage, Australian grading), salary calculators for USA, UK, Canada, and Australia, currency converters, visa-related eligibility guides, and cost-of-living comparison tools. The goal is to be a one-stop platform for anyone planning a move abroad.
Are English language proficiency tests like IELTS and TOEFL covered?+
Yes. IELTS, TOEFL, and PTE Academic are all part of our international exam coverage. We are building score converters, band requirement checkers for specific universities and visa categories, and preparation planning tools for each test. These tools help students understand what score they need and what to expect from each test format before they register.
Mobile & Performance
Does RajDailyTools work on mobile phones?+
Yes — and mobile is actually our top priority. Every tool is designed and tested mobile-first, meaning it works perfectly on smartphones before it is even optimised for desktop. No app download is needed. Just open your browser, go to the tool, and it works instantly. All buttons, input fields, and result displays are sized and spaced for comfortable touch interaction.
Is there an app I need to download?+
No app download is ever required. All tools work directly in your mobile or desktop browser — no installation, no storage usage on your device, no permissions needed. This is intentional: we want zero friction between you and the tool you need. Just open a browser and you are ready to go.
Are the tools fast even on slow internet connections?+
Yes. RajDailyTools is engineered for speed. Our tools are lightweight, cleanly coded, and optimised to load in under a second — even on 3G and slower mobile networks that are common across India. We deliberately avoid heavy scripts, unnecessary trackers, and bloated libraries that slow down most websites. Speed is a core design principle, not an afterthought.
Vision & Future
How many tools are planned for this platform?+
Our long-term vision is to build 30,000 or more tools across every category that matters to people in their daily lives. This is a multi-year mission, and new tools are being added every week. Every single tool we build is designed to solve one specific, real-world problem — not to fill a number on a list. Quality and genuine usefulness come first, always.
Will AI-powered tools be added in the future?+
Yes, this is a firm part of our roadmap. We are actively developing AI-powered tools that go beyond simple calculation — tools that understand context, explain results in plain language, provide personalised insights, and adapt to your specific situation. Think AI essay evaluators, smart budget advisors, intelligent study coaches, and automated resume analyzers. These are coming in upcoming phases of the platform.
Will Hindi and regional language support be added?+
Yes. We are actively working towards Hindi language support and eventually multilingual support for other Indian languages as well. India's 1.4 billion people deserve tools in their own language — and we believe a platform truly built for Bharat must eventually be accessible in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Bengali, Marathi, and more. Language support is part of our next major phase of development.
Why will these tools always remain free?+
Because we believe access to useful, accurate tools is a right — not a privilege. The moment we start charging, we start excluding. A student in a small town in India deserves the same quality tool as anyone else. Our model is built around keeping everything free — zero paywalls, zero mandatory logins, zero data selling, zero subscription fees. That is a promise, not a marketing line.
